In a year – EDSS 2.5 to Zero: symptom-free and medicine-free

This case highlights the potential of modern experimental medicine in treating autoimmunity and neurodegeneration. Mee-Len was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) in 2018. In January 2023, she underwent cerebrovascular preconditioning and neurogenesis selective cellular transplant protocols. Over the following year, she experienced significant improvement in her symptoms and a halt in disease progression, as confirmed by brain imaging.

Initially, she had a symptom classification of Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) 2.5 at baseline, with considerable brain lesion volume. By January 2024, her EDSS score improved to 0. Brain and spine contrast MRI scans conducted between the baseline and January 2024 showed no further progression of her RRMS. As of now, two years later, Mee-Len remains symptom-free and medication-free, living her life to the fullest.
